Renee Hale
President / Chief Executive Officer

With more than 35 years in the hospitality and entertainment industry in Las Vegas, Renee's was an accomplished performer at many Las Vegas strip properties and earned a nomination as Lounge Star of the Year. In the early eighties, Renee recorded in Nashville later forming a convention services company, Martin/Hale Enterprises, along with Dean Martin's daughter, Gail.

Renee later represented Las Vegas while performing on tour for the LVCVA's sales blitzes. She's a two-time recipient of the Governor's Appreciation Award and has been named in Who's Who and Southern Nevada's "Most Distinguished Women" and a finalist in '09 for Women of Distinction Awards.

As CEO of ALWAYS CREATIVE for the past ten years, Renee oversees all aspects of the company's systems and operations. Prior to launching ALWAYS CREATIVE, Renee was founder and CEO of Creative Concepts and co-founder and Executive VP of Vegas Entertainment International.

Having survived cancer six years ago, Renee now offers support and direction to other cancer patients. Renee also volunteers with the Lied Animal Shelter coordinating their special events and fundraisers and placing dogs into homes. Shelter dogs whose lives would otherwise have ended differently.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Renee has lived in Las Vegas for more than 35 years. Her vast experience along with her creativity, compassion and attention to detail is what drives ALWAYS CREATIVE.

Grace Lindahl
VP/Transportation and VIP Services

Grace came to Las Vegas over twenty years ago from St. Paul, Minnesota. For over two decades, she has worked in various capacities in the Las Vegas Hospitality, Transportation and Tourism industry. Most recently, Grace has been the Vice President of Transportation and VIP Services for ALWAYS CREATIVE Destination Management Company, as well as an independent ground transportation expert for most of the top Destination Mgmt. Companies in Las Vegas, as well as Incentive Houses throughout the country. Her expertise in scheduling, staffing, equipment management and routing are second to none! From 10 people to 10's of thousands of people, Grace's professionalism and field expertise are unsurpassed. In addition to being the VP of Transportation and VIP Services for ALWAYS CREATIVE, she has also worked for USA Hosts, Destination by Design and PGI as well as Business Incentives, Carlson, and Maritz. Grace is requested by numerous companies for her lead work. Her many years in the transportation industry, along with the many business relationships she has established have made her an incredible asset to our company.

Kathy Perkins
Executive Director

Kathy has worked in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas for over 20 years. Her clients have included hotels, casinos, shopping centers, magazines and production companies. Kathy has participated as a board member in hospitality and marketing organizations, conducted hospitality and marketing training seminars and spoken extensively on marketing and communication. In addition, she heads the Luxury Marketing Council in Las Vegas. This national organization conducts meetings and panels for the luxury market to ensure profitable partnerships through relationships.

A native of Southern California she brought her free spirit to Las Vegas in 1976. The last 30 years have been a wild ride watching and participating as Las Vegas developed into the "hippest" city with the best entertainment, shopping, restaurants and hotels.

As a single mother, she raised a strong, independent and beautiful daughter. Her strength is credited to her family and friends who have educated, guided and raised her.

As executive director for Always Creative, she directs the team in sales and marketing new and innovative ideas as well as maintaining relationships with loyal clients.

Mary Ann Reilly, CMP

Mary Ann (M.A.) Reilly, CMP brings 30 years of special event industry experience to Always Creative Inc. To most people in the industry she is simply known as M. A. and her contacts read like the Who's Who in the Special Event industry. As the owner of Ambiance Catering in Pasadena in the '80's, M. A. has never lost her passion for the making sure events have the very best of what the food world has to offer. In the late 80's M. A. was Director of Food Service for O'Melveny & Myers law firm in Los Angeles. She was then recruited by Lillick & McHose and became their Executive Chef/Corporate Event Planner. In '91 when Lillick merged with Pillsbury Wintrop, M. A. was promoted to National Director of Special Events for this law firm with over 700 attorneys and 254 partners. In this role, M. A. was responsible for producing over 300 events annually along with overseeing the Los Angeles dining facility at the firm.

In '94 she moved to Las Vegas and quickly became a part of the event world as Director of Special Events for the Metz Event Center on the Strip. In '96 she was tapped by Special Event Magazine to produce the Opening Party for 2,000 guests and the Gala Awards Ceremony & Celebration for 800 guests. She then left Las Vegas Las Vegas as a top event producer, when Special Event Magazine moved her to Malibu to become the first Event Director to become a part of the staff at the magazine.

M. A. has worked very closely with Always Creative Inc. over the last ten years producing and directing numerous special events.
